Build it yourself: sell a tower

What we are doing

Built a tower in the wrong place? Let the player sell it with a right click, for half its price.

Your turn

• A right click on one of your towers removes it and gives back half its cost (rounded down).
• A right click where there is no tower does nothing (no gold).
• The browser's right-click menu should not open over the game (event.preventDefault()).
