A new puzzle every game

What we are doing

The fixed puzzle goes: every game now starts with a freshly invented one, and its solution is kept for later.

What it means

• const { puzzle, full } = makePuzzle() takes both parts of the answer in one line.
• The PUZZLE text is no longer needed and is removed.

3. In reset, replace the first line with the three new lines.
